- Day and multi-day tickets are only issued on "one-way tickets" - no deposit! Season tickets are issued on reusable key cards and a € 5.00 deposit is charged at the card rate. When returning the undamaged "Key Card" - € 5.00 return.
- Half days can only be used on the 1st day. Tickets available at the cash desk from 11:55 o'clock.
- Kanzelbahn descent without time limit - but no later than 4:30 p.m.
- Family unit: child / children accompanied by at least 1 adult / senior / student
- Student discounts: Up to their 27th birthday (birth year 1999 included), upon presentation of valid student ID (with photo), the senior fare applies for day and multi-day tickets.
Age Limits:
- Child: born 2011-2019
- Youth: born 2007-2010
- Student: for students up to their 27th birthday (up to including birth year 1999) upon presentation of valid student ID (with photo).
- Senior: born 1960 and before
- Children up to 2020 and younger travel free when accompanied by their parents, provided that they are carried on their lap and do not use their own seat or lift bar.
Disability: From 60% disability, with a valid disability certificate ski tickets are issued at the children's rate.
